"Music Works!"® Programs

The "Music Works" programs have been developed to assist companies in their training efforts for Teamwork. Problem Solving, Team Empowerment, Communication, SPC, Conflict Resolution and Cross-Training among others.  The programs have been developed using the musical model.  Using a combination of humor, music performance and training, The North American Brass Company gets the job done without the drudgery and boredom that the material suggests.  What is the Musical Model?  It is based on the dynamics that create some of the most powerful teams on the planet.  One key aspect of our successful program is that we are all able to leave our egos at the door when we come to work.

We have also worked diligently to identify the most necessary programs for today's businesses.  The topics we have selected have a specific purpose in the day-to-day operations of any successful company and we feel that these programs lay the proper groundwork to
move forward in any business community.  Below is a list of programs that are currently available.

  • Team Dynamics - uses the group members to model effective team behaviors and identify the challenges that face employees as they move into a team environment.

  • Communication - We will demonstrate varieties of different communication styles, showing both positive and negative methods and model a means of communication that allows employees to focus on issues, situations and behaviors rather than on people and maintains the self-esteem of all members.

  • Conflict Resolution - We train your team members to focus on the actions, not the people as a vital part of the conflict resolution process and aid in identifying key team dynamics.  This promotes growth and balance.

  • Statistical Process Control - Members of the group will demonstrate how information collected in the construction of the product can be  used to understand how to maintain consistent performance and product quality. We have established control limits and have performed statistical analysis of  our product and will demonstrate how this directly translates to your product or service using charts graphs and statistical norms.

  • Cross-Training - The group demonstrates teaching each other different work instructions and models both effective and ineffective communication methods in the process.  Once the training is completed the demonstrates the effectiveness of the training materials.
